Yes you will receive a welcome pack and a plastic membership card for each account holder. The membership card will be activated and ready to use immediately.
A digital version of your membership card which can be used to access lounges and receive discounts is also available through the DragonPass Premier smartphone app. It’s free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store - search for ‘Dragonpass Premier’.
If you’re travelling soon you can use the digital membership card available through the DragonPass Premier smartphone app. You can also print a copy when logging into your membership account through this website. If you want to order a replacement plastic card please call us on 0345 607 2538.
You need to contact your bank directly to update any personal information. Visit your local branch or call Membership services on 0345 607 2538. Once your bank account details have been updated your DragonPass membership details will change online. Please allow up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect with your online DragonPass membership. If you would like to receive a new plastic membership card showing your personal information e.g. a change of name, please call Membership services on 0345 607 2538.
Search for ‘DragonPass Premier’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have downloaded the App, you will need to provide your DragonPass Premier membership number shown on the front of your plastic membership card to complete the registration process. Please note, if you have already activated your digital membership account through this website you will be able to sign in to the app straight away using the same login information.
The App is designed to allow you to search for lounges and discounts offline as well as accessing your digital membership card. You will need to connect to the internet to pre-book lounges and purchase guest visits.

DragonPass Premier members can enjoy unlimited access to all participating lounges free-of-charge – subject to availability. If there are other people in your travelling party who are not DragonPass Premier members then you can purchase guest visits at a rate of £20 per person per visit. These can be purchased in advance through this website or the app. Alternatively if you have a payment card registered then you can turn up at the lounge with your guests and the visit charges will be automatically collected from your account.
Selected lounges are available to pre-book for a fee of £5 per person per visit. When searching for lounges it will specify on the information page if pre-booking is available at that location or visit our pre-booking section directly.
Each lounge will have its own set of terms and conditions so for exact times please contact your chosen lounge directly. However most lounges will permit a maximum of 2 to 3 hours. You can log in to our website or use the App to search for specific facilities and details.
Many lounges will allow children into the lounge. Some lounges will charge the same rate as an adult guest (guest visits can be purchased through this website or the app if required) and others will allow children under a certain age to enter for free. Each lounge will have its own set of terms and conditions regarding children, so please contact your chosen lounge directly. Some lounges may have facilities specifically for children such as play areas and some even have games consoles areas. You can log in on our website or use the App to search for specific facilities.
The airport lounge cannot allow you access without either your digital or plastic membership card. A digital version of your membership card is available when logging in to this website or through the dedicated DragonPass Premier app. If you need further support please call membership services on 0345 607 2538 and we can e-mail you a copy of your membership card ready for you to print.
Facilities may differ for each lounge however for most lounges you can expect; a VIP lounge; Flight Monitors; Snacks; Non-Alcoholic Drinks; Wi-Fi Access; Televisions; Newspaper and Magazines. You can log on to our website or use the App to search for specific facilities.
To access the airport lounge you will need your passport and boarding card as these will verify your identity. It is important that the name on your membership card matches that on your passport and boarding card, airport lounges will check these to establish your right to access the lounge. If you have pre-booked a space in the lounge you will need to present your confirmation email too.
No, your membership is specific to you. You can purchase lounge visits for any guests at a rate of £20 per person per visit. Please note any guests must be with you at the time to gain entry to the lounge.
Many lounges do provide flight information boards. Some, but not all, have a broadcast facility for messages so it is important you monitor the flight information board closely for any changes which may affect your flight. There is no obligation on the lounges to provide flight information or announcements.
Discounts offered by participating restaurants vary. Please check using the App or website to find the exact discounts offered. Please note that the amount of discount offered can be changed or withdrawn by participating outlets. We recommend contacting your preferred outlet directly shortly before travelling to check the discount available. Search for restaurants.
Simply show your membership card (either the plastic version or digital version available through the app) or QR code (available through the app) at the participating restaurant to claim your discount. You may be asked to show your passport and boarding card as well.
The spa treatment will not be free. Spas and nail bars offer discounts on their treatments which can be redeemed by showing your plastic membership card or the digital version available through the app. Details of the offers available can be found on the website and the App. You can also check with a staff member before your treatment.
